Cocopeat
|
It is recommended that a minimum of 30% - 40% can be used in media to realise the benefits. Plants are grown in straight coir fibre pith too. Crops that have a long greenhouse bench life, where air porosity and shrinkage are key, are ideal targets. (more info.) |

Agricultural fibre
|
Agricultural fibre is used extensively in drains to filter water from fields & to prevent erosion. It is an excellent mulch and increases the AFP when used with peat moss or any other Nursery substrate. It provides good insulation and helps retain soil temperature in germination beds and cold sensitive plants. It is widely used in water treatment plants as a primary filter for larger sized particles found in farmyard waste water drainage systems. |

Rubberised Coir Pots
|
Rubberised Coir Pots are used mainly in horticultural centers to plant seedlings and small plants propagated using tissue culture techniques. The porus structure of the rubberized coir walls allow plant roots to pass through when planted directly into the soil. As such, transplanting stress is dramatically reduced and the pot gradually disintegrates over a nominal period of time. Its 'Natural' appearance gives indoor potted plants a more 'pleasant' look. Gherkins in Brine
|
Our group pioneered the export of Brined gherkins in Asia over 20 years ago. Using a base of over 2000 farmer families, we produce over 2500 Mt. of prime quality brined Gherkins per annum. Our dedication to quality has prevented us from 'over reaching' this mark. We are able to supply almost any grade within a short period of time (1-2 weeks). Our product conforms to USFDA residual pesticide and other standards. Our company has also set up a organic gherkin |

Water Holding Capacity: 9 times its dry weight in water. Its sponge-like structure has the ability to absorb large quantities of water very quickly, but it will not become waterlogged as excess water drains away
AFP - NATURE'S BOUNTY COCOPEAT has the ability to retain high quantities of oxygen without the need to add any other costly material (such as perlite or wetting agents etc.) NATURE'S BOUNTY COCOPEAT normally has 96% pore space and this allows the water to drain easily through, whilst preventing
water logging, but at the same time holding maximum amounts of water (78%) in the ‘sponges’ which remain available, at low tensions, to the plants when/as required.
Shrinkage: Due to its high lignin and cellulose structure, it does not shrink.
Longevity. NATURE'S BOUNTY COCOPEAT has a naturally high lignin content (approx 46%) which inhibits bacterial and fungal breakdown and thus allows NATURE'S BOUNTY COCOPEAT to biodegrade much more slowly than peat moss. In fact it will stay full in the pot/container in excess of 5 years, making it ideal for plants such as roses that have to stay in the same container for a long time. Due to its high lignin structure it also does not shrink away from the sides of the pot.
Capping: Due to NATURE'S BOUNTY COCOPEAT structure, the sponges remain open and will absorb water very rapidly. It is easily wettable and will not shrink, crack or crust.
Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC): NATURE'S BOUNTY COCOPEAT has a high CEC ratio, where nutrient ions are bound in the molecular structure and are not leached away but are held for release to the plant as required.
